Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and LittleMathematicians. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Questions: support@littlemathematicians.app.

1. What LittleMathematicians is

LittleMathematicians provides game-based Math Olympiad practice for children aged 8–10: adaptive practice levels, timed mock exams in the official exam pattern, and a progress dashboard for parents. It is a practice tool — we do not administer official Olympiad exams and we cannot guarantee any particular exam result.

2. Accounts and who may use the service

• Accounts are created and owned by adults (parents or legal guardians).
• Children use LittleMathematicians only through profiles you create under your account — they never have credentials of their own.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
• You must give accurate information (a working email address you control).

3. Price

LittleMathematicians is free during early access — every level and every mock. If we introduce paid plans later, we will announce it clearly in advance; nothing will be charged silently, and no payment details are collected today.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell or scrape our question bank or other content;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service, or bypass its security measures;
• use the service to violate any law, or let anyone use your account to do so;
• misrepresent an adult account as belonging to a child (or the reverse).

5. Content and ownership

The question bank, artwork, the owl, and the software are ours (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them through the service for your family's own learning. Your family's data remains yours — see the Privacy Policy for how to view, export and delete it.

6. Ending things

You can delete a child profile or your whole account at any time from the app — deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, we will give you notice and time to export your data.

7. Service quality and liability

We work hard to keep LittleMathematicians correct, safe and available, but it is provided “as is”: we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content, and to the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (currently nothing, as the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, you can delete your account and we'll part as friends.
